A great book is built on human judgment — knowing which memory matters, which sentence earns its place, and which question to ask next. That kind of judgment isn't something we outsource to a model.
We believe books should be authentic, original, and deeply human. That's why we do not use AI to generate original manuscript content — memoir, business, fiction, or otherwise. Writing a great book, especially something personal or creative, requires more than pattern-matching against existing text. It takes a real writer's intuition, empathy, and craft to know when and how to ask the right question and capture a voice that resonates with readers.
Every manuscript we deliver is written and edited by a member of our team who has read your material, interviewed you directly, and made deliberate creative decisions on your behalf. That's true whether you're working with a ghostwriter, an editor, or a book coach.
We do use ordinary productivity software — word processors, grammar checkers, project management tools — the same way any professional writing team would. What we don't do is use generative AI to draft the words that make up your book.
If AI tools become something we believe genuinely serve authors without compromising authenticity or craft, we'll be transparent about how and where we use them. Until then, your book is written by people, for the people who will read it.
