What Authors Say About the Retreat

I got more done in six days at the villa than I had in the previous six months at home. The structure and the setting both did the work.

FAQ

Retreat FAQ

Do I need a finished draft to attend?

No. Retreats are built for authors at any stage — from a rough concept to a manuscript that needs restructuring.

What's included in the retreat fee?

Accommodations, meals, daily coaching and workshops, and excursions are included. Travel to and from the villa is arranged separately.

Can I bring a guest who isn't writing a book?

Retreats are focused on working authors, so we generally don't accommodate non-writing guests during the program itself.

What genres are welcome?

Memoir, business, fiction, self-help — any genre is welcome. Workshops are structured to be useful across genres, with 1:1 coaching tailored to your specific book.

How far in advance should I book?

Retreats are capped at eight authors and tend to fill months ahead, so we recommend reserving your seat as soon as dates are announced.
